There is no card out there that will guarantee that. Even 2 5890's will not give you a minimum 60FPS at maxed settings in every game. It's just not possible and that's not always the hardwares fault. Some games just have terrible coding.

But my Antec 1200 case won't fit 'em  Only has 7 slots and I need my sound card in there too
Are there any mobos which can do Tri-SLI and sound card on a 7-slot case? Seems possible (2+2+2+1)? I think it's the top slot which is the problem as most mobos don't have any PCIe slot for the top?

2x GTX480 will be more than enough.
As for a mobo that can do Tri SLI plus a sound card, the EVGA Classified can.
