Nah, that's silly... UAC is like going to a cafeteria and asking for a coffee. Then, the clerk asks you 'are you sure you want a coffee?' (Smart answer: No, now I come to think about it, I think I'll go f'ck your sister so... Hey... thanks for the hint!
Now seriously, unless you're downloading unknown programs and you're thinking on deliberately running them, it's perfectly safe to turn UAC off, good for newcomers, but a pest for the rest xD
