I'd just go with a single 480, ensure that its properly cooled and then overclock the crap out of it. Then just use your other PCI-E slot for a decent Physx card if necessary.

lol doesn't help that we don't have the option of SLI with our boards....
I've been looking at another board to get SLI and scoop up a GTX 285 since they're getting so cheap now, but I love this darn gigabyte board
