Default No display found + fan problem

I run ubuntu server and 2 weeks ago I made upgrade to ubuntu Lucid v.10.04. Since then the fan is very noisy. At the beginning I thought, that the noise comes from computer's fan, but now I suspect my nVidia Corporation GT216 [GeForce GT 220] (rev a2).
First of all, Ubuntu driver by default had some problems and I replaced it manually by NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-195.36.24. Now, I have this error in Xorg.log file:

(**) May 16 14:08:00 NVIDIA(0): Enabling RENDER acceleration
(II) May 16 14:08:00 NVIDIA(0): Support for GLX with the Damage and Composite X extensions is

(II) UnloadModule: "nvidia"
(II) UnloadModule: "wfb"
(II) UnloadModule: "fb"
(EE) Screen(s) found, but none have a usable configuration.

Actually, no screen is attached to the computer, but I use graphical remote control (NX server) to work with it. How can I fix this problem?
I hope, that a solution of this problem will solve fan's problem as well.

Thank you.
