You would get DX11 in Metro 2033 - it's absolutely wicked.
I would say DX11 is worth it, and if you are having any multi GPU issues, those will be gone and your 285s ought to pay for a large chunk of the 480.
The Fermi is probably the best gpu I've owned yet. Very happy with it.
