I can tell you for sure, there really is no reason to worry abou the "value" of a GTX 470. If you can snag one for ~$300 - $330 you're getting a great deal. If you're comfortable overclocking especially you've got a monster of a card on your hands. I'm pushing 800 core and 1700 RAM which is giving me the performance (using 3dmark gpu score) of abou a 295 / GTX 480.... which is a sick deal considering the cost of a 480 in comparison.
