The CS also mentioned that the new batch of iPhone 4s seems to have an insulation layer. Again this is unconfirmed. Maybe the press conf will say bring it in and u will get a new non defective model etc. But not really have Apple admit that they did screw up.
if that is the case, then Apple should do a recall for all customers that have the initial flawed designed device. Unless they want to do a silent recall not announcing anything, when person contacts apple about a problem they offer a exchange.
