Hmmm I remember ran Windows 7 beta 1 build 7000 on previous Socket 939 ASUS A8N-E motherboard with NO ISSUES.
What issues you had with Windows 7? I am sure that issues will be very simply resolved without need to buy yet another copy of Vista Ultimate OEM.
