I finally downloaded and played it a little. Definitely takes a little getting used to. I reckon it didn't help that I was playing with only one friend and some strangers, and there was no communication. I also didn't take time to learn anything about the game, and didn't bother playing on Easy or Normal modes...they were playing on Hard.
At least I got my TF2 hat, though.
