I tried different Kernel-Options now (tried different xorg.conf-Options before) and nothing helps...
noapic nolapic acpi=off pci=nomsi pci=nommconfig... Still, my X-Server will hang...

Well... Maybe I'll do some more intensive Testing on my weekend... But for now, nvidia-drivers-195.36.31 are working fine (except VDPAU, like I mentioned ).
My System:
CPU: Intel Core2Duo Q9450 2,66GHz
Board: MSI P35 Neo2-FR
RAM: 4 GB 800 MHz DDR2-RAM
GPU: Palit GeForce GTX 460 Sonic
Sound: SoundBlaster XFi
OS: Windows 7 x64, Linux (always newest, stable Kernel)
