The OBS only allows free software to be built on this. There is nothing nvidia can do about not being able to build on OBS. You can however run your own local OBS server that will build them fine. There is even a virtual machine available for download @ susestudio that is a OBS virtual machine. Many other packages are not built on the OBS as well such as x264 for example.
