Yes, I've observed this as well, but on the 195.X drivers (Dell E6510, NVS 3100M). I reported an Ubuntu bug here: https://bugs.launchpad.net/ubuntu/+s...ux/+bug/671932
But I eventually closed it as invalid, since I gave up trying figure out what was going on. Sometimes things would be visibly slower after resume from suspend.
Disabling all hyper-threading logical processors before suspending seems to work around the issue for me. Might be some kernel issue, might be some nvidia driver issue, might be some crap ACPI/BIOS issue..
