Supposedly, their latest flash player betas support this, but I cannot see any change on my laptop, which has a GeForce Go 7900 GS. That could be because Nvidia does not support video acceleration on Linux in 7 series products, which is not Adobe's fault.
That might be the reason but I guess that you first checked the 'enable hardware acceleration' option in Flash settings, right ?

This was so tempting that I installed the 32bit plugin in my firefox 64bit with nswrapper, enabled acceleration and a 1080p video on youtube went from using 100% of one core to just 10% !!!!
