Re: Flash acceleration on Linux?
Just for the record. I tried the flashplayer 10.2 plugin on a 32bit Windows 7 laptop sporting a 9300M GS card with the latest NVIDIA driver (260.99) and got _no_ video acceleration. The driver seems to support flash up to 10.1 only. Looks like Linux is ahead.
Well, this statement was not correct. Although the video information says "undefined video rendering" opposed to "accelerated video rendering" in the Linux case, it lists the frame rate for staged frames. So it seems to access the GPU indeed.
