Taking into consideration that you likes teh AA I would say a single 570 may not do the trick for up coming games. A single 580 may not do the trick for games like Crysis 2 or Diablo III either though....

Still, I would go with either a single 580 (the extra memory will help with 1920x1200 and AA) or 570 SLI.

I can tells you 570 SLI is a MONSTER nom nom nom. I've been playing and comparing SLI to single card performance and a single vanilla 570 is no slouch either.
