Correct. Using Sandy Bridge the bus might only overclock by about 10%. Just buy a K series and you can use the multiplier. When most reviewers are showing 4.4ghz+ shouldn't be a problem for most CPUs by bumping the multiplier, I don't see any reason to even worry about having other options to overclock with.
