Default twin frozr 3 gtx 580 cards

http://www.tcmagazine.com/tcm/news/h...graphics-cards

now if you go to newegg, they have a msi oc card listed, but it appears that it's a reference card that can be overclocked to the twin frozr II/OC speeds. Everybody on newegg is giving that card bad reviews because they listed a oc card but didn't factory overclock it. The twin frozr II/oc card with it's cooler has to be factory overclocked. The only question I have is does it need two 8 pin and a 6 pin pci-e power like the msi gtx 480 lightning?
