Superior image quality at the same settings, far more customisable control panel and options, multi-GPU support that actually works more often than not and even when it doesn't you can always make use of SLI AA where as the Crossfire alternative you just disable the second card and lump it.
Don't be fooled by a seeming golden carrot. I bet a couple of the 560s in SLI work a charm.
Superior image quality? I know you had a bad experience with your 6870's, but that statement is very far from the truth. The image quality is virtually identical on both cards.
