I can still move from /sys/class/backlight/nvidia_backlight to /sys/class/backlight/nv_backlight which is first in the list if KDE team doesn't change the order, but it might break things for those who use scripts that access to the backlight. Let's wait a bit and see if damdim's patch is integrated.
