Shouldn't need task killer if you got rid of bloatware

I'm rooted with Fission 2.4.3 ROM and switching between Gingerbread and Black Out theme on my Droid 2 Global. I want liberty but the D2G is having problems with the infared sensor on 1.5 I think.
