Question Xorg and HDMI output to Panasonic Plasma

Hi i keep getting problems when turning off my tv, its just a blank picture everytime i go back like theres something wrong.
To get x working again i have to restart it several times, sometimes that does not help.
I dont know what i have done wrong and i have read several guides to get this fixed without any idea working.

Distro: ArchLinux X86_64
Kernel: 2.6.37
Xorg Version: 1.9.4
nVidia driver: 260.19.36
My TV is a: TXP42G20E
