Yeah, there were some very cold places earlier in the game but it never got blurred like that.
It happened after the sequence when you had to save a guy by running to the pumps. I had to disable all physx effects temporary because i got a fluids error message. After that i re-enabled them and restarted the game - everything went blurry.
If i load a save from a previous level everything is normal.
