A Quad Crossfire setup might be trickier to get up and running as it might seem though. As I suspected last week, this cooler indeed needs quite a bit of breathing room. Just like the crap cooler on the Palits.
Overall it's a great card for sure and with the right PCIe layout, Quad Crossfire shouldn't be an issue. Definitely easier than Tri-SLI with my Palits 
The difference between the two speed modes is minimal though. That just shows that overclocking graphics cards is pointless once you're using a Multi-GPU setup. |
Not a problem with water cooling.
The 3GB 580 is very tempting but too bad nobody is willing to make a full cover water block for it, so out of the question for me.
