Same here, but I push the voltage limits every generation and have never had one die. I've also been water cooling for years too which keeps the heat at bay and I have a feeling thats more the reason electronics die, at least in my years of experience.

My current memory kit had no problems at 8-8-8-24 @ 1.5v anyways. Thats where it's at now.
