It's already been released AFAIK. I just powered my 360 on for the first time in 2 years last night and updated. Everything worked so no replacement for me, it's good news and bad news
, but I just unplugged it from the wall again cause it's so loud and I just don't want to bother with it anymore. I'll rent GoW3 and power it up then since that is the next time I expect to use it.
