I've rendered my frag movie with WolfcamQL, 16xAA 16xAF, 1800 FPS effective (with blurframes)... Takes days even on this GPU :)

I would never play QL on an integrated GPU. Even cards in the class of the great GTS 250 are not enough for a map or two in Quake Live, even without FSAA :)
