Yes. Hardware decoding, software rendering - 55% of 1 CPU on dual core Athlon II 250.
The previous versions did 10-20% with the same youtube clip (Big Buck Bunny 1080p).
But the overlay bugs are gone it seems. And this is still better than the 100%+ CPU without any acceleration.
Note that to measure accurate CPU usage of the playback, you MUST wait to finish caching - caching is a huge CPU resource eater on flash it seems.
PS. On some sites the videos are "pixelated" with flash 11.
