According to http://www.nvidia.co.uk/page/quadrofx_go.html
(under tab 'MID_RANGE') the Quadro 2000M supports Optimus technology. My understanding is that this uses a separate low-power Intel graphics device. However, I can't find it:
01:00.0 VGA compatible controller: nVidia Corporation Device 0dda (rev a1)
I have had several thorough searches of all BIOS options and there is nothing to enable/disable integrated Intel graphics. So I have a few related questions:
- Does Optimus actually require a separate Intel graphics device?
- Do I (or should I) have a separate Intel graphics device?
- If so, how do I enable it? What ACPI calls would turn it on? (My DSDT/SSDT tables are here.)
