Those are beta drivers and beta flash player. Its not over until te stable ones work.
The flash player 11 beta 1 has no overlay issues on 275 drivers too.
And most videos look pixelated and have tearing with the 11 beta flash - this doesnt happen with the 10.3 player version. Anyway the best working flash is still the google supplied one.
