I'm guessing you've got 2x-4GB memory sticks?

My first guess would be memory.

Check the specs on the memory and make sure it's running at the correct voltage and timings in the bios. Often times motherboards default to incorrect memory settings.

If everything is set properly try running one stick at a time.
