As an extra note, I still get high Xorg cpu (80-100% for one core) when resizing Dolphin when it's looking at +-100 files or directories.
In other situations, it's workable but I'm sure that performance of the NVidia 9600 can do much better than this. Hopefully the driver and/or xorg will get an update soon to fix this.
