heh im sorry for you but going from Geforce 4ti 4200 to Geforce fx 5200 256 DDR 128bit is a big downgrade !!
You could notice minimal speed increase starting from GFFX 5600 Ultra cards compared to GF 4
Consider these cards as upgrade
Nvidia 5600 Ultra , 5700+ , 5900+....
or Radeon 9600Pro, 9700+, 9800+....
