Default HDMI with Ethernet?

New to me, old to you maybe.

I was looking for HDMI cable for around 15ft, and came across with some that says HDMI Cable with Ethernet. What? Internet through HDMI cable? WHAT?

The only and one simple answer I want is does it really matter if I don't have any HDMI Ethernet Capability device with this cable? I would know the obvious is if there is no internet connection, the ethernet would simply won't work but HDMI would be fine.

Someone, please explain to me a little better. I'm actually looking for HDMI cable, but not sure if I should strictly look for standard HDMI cable?
