Default The system just crash at boot on a Geforce 9800 M GT

I'm confronted to somes issues with the last NVIDIA linux drivers for my graphic card Geforce 9800 M GT.

I'm using Ubuntu Linux 11.04 and Arch Linux, and the problem is the same on both.

At the boot, there's no problem, but suddendly the computer just freeze and I've to hard reboot the laptop.

So, I've tried many NVIDIA driver's and the last one I found that works great on my graphic card is the "NVIDIA-Linux-x86_64-270.41.19" version.
The problem is of course that this one not compatible with the 3.x kernel version.

You will found my "nvidia-bug-report" on attachment.

Best regards
