BTW I'm using the 8k texture tweak plus GPU transcoding and 8xAA on a 1GB card and it's glass smooth. Others have noted greater than 1GB video mem usage with those settings but I get along just fine.

If I go up to 16xAA fraps still shows 60fps, but it starts to stutter a bit, and everything gets quite blurry for some reason. It does however eliminate all aliasing and shimmering, but given how blurry it gets it's not a good trade off.
