Hmm, to me it seems that the 351x191 comes from recalculation of bits 21 and 22 from edid, which are given in centimeters and thus inaccurate.

edit: it seems to be the case. I fetched the edid using nvidia-settings and parsed it using monitor-edid, here is what I got:
