Default Re: Sigh- Bulldozer fail prediction from AMD staff

OH DEAR! It seem Bulldozer is a big failure probably in the same fate as Pentium 4 did.

Someone from Overclock.net forum bought retail FX 8120 CPU and benchmarked it, all results came out absolutely shocked auwfully, 8 core FX CPUs are around slight faster than Phenom II X4 and on par with Phenom II X6. 8 core FX single thread performance is slower than Phenom II single thread.

If launch reviews turned out to be bad, guess I will stick with my PC until next year when Ivy Bridge come out with build in 3D transistors. It seemed now I am getting very fedup of AMD lagging behind in technology and delays with Intel ahead since Core 2 Duo and Quad, AMD will never catch up with Intel. Frankly AMD would be better off closed the doors and filed for bankruptcy rather than spinned off the fabs years ago.
