johan anderson (Repi), the guy in the slides, works on the frostbite engine team. His work is behind the scenes meaning to his knowledge, the technology of the game, Frostbite 2.0 was built by his team using the PC as the lead platform. This new interview is from one of the producers of the game itself, meaning the content and ui, etc. portion of the game had to be shifted towards the console to get it finished for both platforms. This is why the game still looks and feels gorgeous, but has slight console ui elements.
