Muppet, if I had to compare, I'd say Skyrim is the winner, tons more skill trees, RPG is more in depth (you can be whatever you want, farmer, cook, warrior, warewolph, vampire)
Witcher 2 is more an adventure, you're playing Geralt. Witcher 2 looks a million times better though, while running just as well. It also has less grind/travelling. Tighter story, but less of it.

I loved Oblivion when it first came out. But then everything got so repetitious, I got board. Here's hoping Skyrim has more variety.
