Can people affected by this issue (running a GF119-based card such as the GT521; please open a different thread if you think you're having an issue but have a different card) follow the instructions in
http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/showthread.php?t=123819 and upload a clip that displays the green artifacts to the partner FTP filer?
