After looking into the SATA II drives it turns out by the time a purchased a decent branded one(Intel 120GB 320@£140+)it would actually be cheaper to buy the SATA III Corsair 120GB Force 3 for £125.
So with that in mine, With my current setup and the fact that i may not even upgrade my Motherboard/CPU for maybe another year(i stress "maybe" lol)Would you lot go for the SATA II Intel 120GB 320 or the cheaper SATA III Corsair 120GB Force 3(and no controller card)?

If the SATA III drive is cheaper, get it.
