btw this powercolor gpu looks beefy, but can it cool down backplate pcb VRM area like stock 7970?

compared to nvidia 580gtx, the only gpu that's good is MSI lightning and Evga classified. Stock nv design sucks lol, but not as much as Gigabyte or Zotac or Gainward
