When I try to install the latest Nvidia driver I get a message complaining that I don't have the following file: /lib/modules/2.6.0/build/include/linux/modversions.h. Browsing through the kernel source files, I noticed that the file exists under the include/linux/config directory. Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Thanks in advance.
NVidia is not officially suporting 2.6 kernels yet.

You can get 2.6 compatible installers here:

http://www.sh.nu/download/nvidia/

Or the patches to installers here:
