I wouldn't RAID them. There is no point. RAIDing SSDs was ok in the past with first generation drives. But now with those crazy fast SATA 3 SSDs, even a single drive will deliver more than enough performance.
I'd take the better reliability and added TRIM support over the bandwidth improvements.
+1 Even if TRIM gets to RAID 0 in the near future, I wouldn't bother with it. There is always that slim possibility that one drive goes bad and you loose the whole array.
