I suggest you to download Windows memory dump tools to find out what caused your PC to crashed. BlueScreenView
is only capable to read details on mini memory dump but it cant read full memory dump, Who Crashed
can read either mini and full memory dumps.
Last year my PC crashed once, I configured it to performed both mini and full memory dump. Mini dump showed it was likely caused by kernal module ntoskrnl.exe but the full memory dump gave the full picture showed it was likely caused by Sony Ericsson driver seehcri.sys then I uninstalled the Sony driver and PC stopped crashed again.
