I had a feeling that 100.3% was too good to be true,

Now with gpu-z 0.59 its more accurate - 87.6%, also some extra info

lol if it were true 100.3% i bet i could use 1.018v or lower, instead 1.049v @ 900mhz.

Still very happy with that
