I agree, it's a bit underwhelming, but it's priced at $150, not $200-$250. And it beats its competitor at the same price point.
I would expect the HD78xx series to beat the 560 Ti at a comparable price or a little cheaper. My guess is 7870 will beat 560 Ti, 7850 will beat 560. Of course, those are just guesses.
