Default Resident Evil 4 & 5 crashing to desktop after start up

My brother installed Resident Evil 4 and 5, both of the games crashes on start up. I have tried changing the compatibility, I have tried updating everything. I tried running the game as administration. What I do exactly, is start it up, press play, then full black windows come up and it crashes. Back to the desktop.

My brother's computer which is Dell XPS720. It has a dual 8800GT video cards, Core2Quad Q6600 2.4GHz processor. Window 7 Ultimate 64bit, 3GB RAM... Everything is updated. DirectX11, the video driver was updated today... It still crashes, I'm not sure what is the cause of this. I have posted the trouble log below...
