I have a few apps that are not working right with respect to controlling Video brightness and contrast when they are on the second Display.

Both are responding to the settings made on the Primary display , even when they are on the secondary.

Also, I notice Flash video displayed on Monitor 2, is responding to the desktop color settings, not video.

Very odd.
