To be honest, i think that we will only see a card with a 256 or 384 bit bus.
During the past years, the biggest jumps in performance came from the biggest jumps in the memory bandwidth.
Remember the performance jump from the 7800GTX to the 7800GTX512/7900GTX, or with the 8800GTX with a 384 bit bus, or my lovely GTX285 with a 512 bit bus

All looks good, very good. But....it has hot clocks.
Apparently GK1xx doesnt have hot clocks like Fermi. Or maybe its just GK104 that lost hot clocks?
